    Used to come here quite regularly but thinking I will be finding a new place. It has been going down quite a bit over last little while. Today's visit: No toilet paper or paper towel in ladies washroom, ask for spicy chicken no tomato (got tomato on it) go to get ketchup and it's empty, get an order of fries also and there is warm fries and cold fries mixed together. Makes for such a great experience. Sally(manager) asks someone to put toilet paper in bathroom but says absolutely nothing about paper towel.

    Terrible service. Order wasn't taken properly, cashier was defensive about his mistake and refused to correct it. This was after we waited 25 mins in the drive thru. We left without any food!

    Two people behind the counter who had difficulty with the English language. It took several trys as to what we wanted to eat. I am all for giving these people jobs but you should have one that speaks the English language along with one that is just learning
