  Was planning on buying a Subaru and was told we couldn't test drive the a certain vehicle unless we put a down payment on the car. Very disappointing, also the sales person was unprofessional and acted like he was better than us. You don't know our financial background or anything about us. We bought a brand new car elsewhere and I will let all our friends know the kind of service we got from Subaru. Small town Car dealership, small town mind

  the staff is helpful and friendly, but their service is "mostly acceptable" at best. had an oil change and somehow the tech did not notice an active crank case leak, main seal leak, worn boots, badly worn tires? i brought it back and complained that there was smoke suddenly coming from the engine bay, and this was the diagnosis. why was it not caught on the oil change inspection? "the tech can't see every problem" was the response. unacceptable, but at least it was under warranty. i just wait for an engine bay fire...

  I had gone in to replace a flat tire on my Subaru that I had recently purchased, and they tell me that I had to replace all four tires because of one flat tire. I told them "How does replacing 1 tire, end in me paying for 8 tires in a matter of months." They told me that even they did not know how this should happen but I should just be done. I pay for all four tires to be replaced, and in 3 weeks the car was sitting in the driveway of my house and 3 of the tires had gone flat without me even driving the car! I went in again, and they told me i have to replace all four tires (when there are only 3 flat tires) again! Altogether I think these people who are running this place are just a bunch of crooks.

  Actually wanted to buy one of the vehicles here, but after being in a couple of times we ended up buying elsewhere. After test driving, we phoned and made an appointment to come in and talk to the salesman. When we came in we were told he wasn't even in that day. The person "helping" us left for lunch and we were ignored by everyone else. We found another dealership that was happy to treat us as though they actually wanted our business, so they got it.
