  I have been dealing with Big Ed's (Preston mainly) for many years now... they have helped in so many different tough days/situations... I have yet to ever have a bad experience. I always have found them fair, reasonable and professional. This most recent visit I was going to redeem all my pawned items (which over the past year had become quite large with interest) ...Preston was very friendly and conducted the transaction in the best possible manner... and he gave me the most amazing deal I could have hoped for. Considering our transaction means I technically won't be back to give him any more business, he still made me feel like I was a valued customer and that I was going to be treated as such whenever I return. I will definitely go back for purchases in the future. Great people and great service!

  I've had nothing but positive experiences at big eds, they were always helpful, polite and fair. Always thought they priced things appropriately opposed to other pawn shops where they overprice their merchandise. Big eds has treated me well through out the years.

  Arrived at the store 30 minutes before they closed to view/buy jewelry. The employees told me they remove all the jewelry from the cases early so they can close and go home faster. Said I could come back a different day if I really wanted to buy something.

  Terrible experience. The older gentleman was evaluating my item I brought in and unfortunately it was not in their standards as their was some minor technical difficulties which is totally fine as I understand he needs to make a profit. However; he went from friendly and then when my item wasn't up to par he was basically just rude. Just made for an awkward experience and he clearly knew nothing about my item because he was making stupid remarks to his employee, and that particular item was "made in China" as that's where the main company is for that brand. Maybe he should do more research on items instead of acting foolish and making remarks like that with his customers around.
