    I have no problems with the couch itself. The sales woman however, sold us extra stain coverage without explaining that it is a HUGE hassle to get the coverage honoured. Good quality products, but definite buyer beware.

    The shopping was great. The salesperson was very helpful and the delivery guys where very courteous and polite. Definitely recommend this store to others.

    When my husband and I bought our home we knew Reid's is where we wanted to shop. We highly recommend this store to everyone we know. Great quality furniture at great prices as well as excellent customer service. Every room in our home has been furnished beautifully.

    We have been dealing with Lori for 17 years. Her service has always been outstanding. She is helpful and knowledgeable and makes us feel completely at ease. The quality of furniture is excellent and delivery service was incredible. It's the only place we go for furniture!
