  We called and made a reservation for a room then when we arrived at the hotel there was no reservation in the system. Had to rebook just to get a room and to add insult to injury they couldn't guarantee that we would not be billed on a credit card for a cancellation which never occurred! We had been driving in snowy weather for 9 hours cross country, this did not help us to relax for the evening. Will never make the mistake of staying at a Travel Lodge again!

  If it was possible, I would have given zero stars. The staff was friendly enough, but that's about all the positives I have for this place. The bathroom was disgusting with mold stains, dirt and a cracked/very worn tub. The faucet was dingy and if I hadn't just spent the previous four days camping, I would have skipped the shower all together. As it was, it turned into more of a bath because the tub wasn't draining properly. The whole building has a bit of a 'high school' smell, like it's not given a good clean very often. But my main complaint was the price. I was travelling with a dog, so I understand being charged a 'pet fee', but what I was not expecting was having to pay a service fee for having a safe in my room, even though I had not requested or was even aware of a safe in my room. My one night stay that should have cost about $120-130 (which is rediculous in the first place) ended up being ove $160. For one night! All in all, will never stay here again, will never recommend anyone else does either.

  Pool is disgusting, rooms aren't cleaned, staff are extremely rude. Recommend you stay else where

  Washroom was not cleaned before arrival. Hair all over the shower walls and toilet was visibly dirty. Towels seemed to be fresh but other than that washroom was dirty.
