    Friendly staff, but I question how knowledgeable the staff are on pet care. The live animals don't appear to be taken care of very well, as the cages are dirty and they're crammed together. I probably wouldn't shop there again.

    Have GREAT staff and ALWAYS feels like family. How perfect are the prices!!! They aren't going to break the bank by no means. The convenience of Walk-in nail trim between 1-5 you can stop in its done in less than 5 minutes for $8 plus they ALWAYS have 50% off of something :)
