  My water heater needed a part replaced. They had technicians with flexible hours to accommodate my work hours. The technician that arrived was named Julian, and he was a delight to have in my home. Courteous and polite, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and verified I was happy with my current product and explained upgrades were available to me at my request. He was thorough, respectful and extremely personable and I would be happy to have him in my home again!

  Cameron, the technician was great, explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent and honest about our furnace issues. Phil came over to explain our options, we opted to repair for now and enrolled in the comfort protection plan. We have heat!

He worked hard to find a solution for the issue we were having with our furnace and was also very thorough and diligent with checking that everything was safe and running correctly.   John, the service technician was very professional and worked hard to resolve the issue with our water heater. He even worked late to get the job done. I was very impressed and appreciative. Thanks to Reliance and the great staff we were up and running again within one day of calling in, even when a new tank was required. I am extremely grateful.

  We were stuck with a broken down furnace and out of town. They were able to fit us in and replace our furnace promptly. We came home to zero mess and nice note explaining the new system. So appreciative and happy with the amazing service!
