    Really kind employees and great products we don't have anywhere else in Thunder Bay . Would be nice if they were a little more organized/had samples but it is only the first week and they are still learning and getting the store more organized. Over all great experience!!!

    Not a typical place for a man to go, but I am an admitted "Frag-head" so I was excited about the store opening. Extremely inviting staff, exploding with positive energy! Micaela's warm, glowing nature and knowledge of fragrances was impressive and very helpful. She listened to what I was fond of and made some appropriate recommendations. As a result I found a fantastic fragrance, unknown to me, that knocked my socks off! Micaela was very accommodating and helpful - definitely not pushy! Very nice store with great selection. It was a pleasant experience shopping at Sephora Thunder Bay........I'll be back! Thanks Micaela!
